All our orders are shipped with PostNL. The delivery time is 2 to 4 working days after payment of your order.
Reflection period/return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. This is called a right of withdrawal.
After the cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return are to be borne by you. You can choose your own parcel service for this.
Returning a product under the right of withdrawal is only possible when the packaging is still closed. After all, we sell perishable foodstuffs. To make use of this right of withdrawal, please contact us via info@inpaxstore.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided and after we have received the product in good order.
If the packaging is damaged, we may charge you for the loss of value of the product. Please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packed when you return it. If the packaging is opened, we cannot take the product back and will not credit you.
Want to exchange a product?
Would you like to exchange a product, for example because you want a different flavour? This is certainly possible, provided the packaging is undamaged and unopened. Please contact info@inpaxstore.com. However, you will have to bear the cost of returning the product yourself.
I gave the wrong delivery address!
Have you accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you. If possible, also ask the residents of the incorrectly entered address to refuse the package at the door. We will then resend it to the correct address.
